Architect and Co-Founder of Certain Measures
Andrew Witt is co-founder with Tobias Nolte of Certain Measures, a design and technology incubator that combines imagination and evidence. He is also Assistant Professor in Practice in Architecture at Harvard Graduate School of Design. Trained as both architect and mathematician, he works at the intersection of geometry, perception, automation, and culture. He is a Fellow of the Canadian Center for Architecture, the MacDowell Colony, a Graham Foundation Grantee, and was named Young Pioneer in Architecture by the World Frontiers Forum in 2017. He was previously Director of Research at Gehry Technologies and a director at GT’s Paris office, where he led the digital process of the fondation Louis Vuitton and consulted ateliers Jean Nouvel (Louvre Abu Dhabi), UN Studio, and Coop Himmelb(l)au.
