German violinist and conductor born in 1958, Peter Rundel was the 1998 recipient of the Grand Prix du Disque. Since 1999, he has conducted the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra of Flanders. In 2005, he was appointed musical director of the Remix Ensemble in Portugal. He has won the prestigious German music critics award several times. He is the conductor for the reading sessions with Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France and the ULYSSES Ensemble.
